Showcase Writers

A featured experience for selected songwriters.

Hand-selected writers will have their original work recorded live in the In the Rough Cut studio setting. The experience is designed to capture the character of each song and introduce the writer's work to a broader audience.

  • Writer recognition that helps audiences connect with the creator behind the song.
Active participation is part of the commitment. Showcase Writers are expected to engage with the program and support promotional and community activities as agreed.

Submission Writers

A structured way to feature your music and guide listeners to your work.

Writers who submit songs for scroll video features participate through a yearly subscription. Music promotion and release across social media platforms will follow the services and terms described in the participation contract.

STEP 01

Submit Your Song

Send your song for the scroll video program in accordance with the submission guidelines and agreement.

STEP 02

Provide Your Materials

Include one image for the MP3 background, a clear lyric sheet, writer information, and details for your selected download platform.

STEP 03

Subscription & Agreement

The annual fee covers the agreed promotional services. Distribution and release details are governed by the contract.

STEP 04

Feature & Share

Approved songs are presented through scroll video content and promoted on the social platforms specified in the agreement.

We provide a place to present and promote your work without claiming ownership of the songs posted on our site.

Writers retain their rights, subject to the terms of their applicable agreements. Our role is to support presentation, promotion, and discovery while keeping the songwriter and their creative contribution at the center.

Every song connects back to its writer.

Each featured song will include an A/B (Artist/Bio) button linking to the writer's information, along with a pathway to the writer's selected song download platform.

Listeners can discover the story behind the song and find where to explore or obtain the music.
